Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºc/160°c fan forced. Grease and base line a 20cm round cake pan with baking paper.

  2. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; add egg, mixing well. Fold in flour alternately with NESTLÉ CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk

  3. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Arrange apple slices on top and sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon; bake 45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Once the house is full with the aroma of freshly baked apple tea cake…Enjoy!
