Method

  1. preheat oven to 200ºc/180°c fan forced. grease eight holes of a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan.

  2. combine flour, sugar, margarine, banana, nuts, egg and NESTLÉ CARNATION creamy evaporated milk in a medium bowl, stir until just combined.
