Blackened Chicken Pasta

chicken thigh fillets, fat trimmed and cut into chunks
200 g
spray oil for cooking
1 tsp
garlic puree
red chilli, sliced
300 ml
CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream
25 g
grated parmesan


  1. Combine paprika, oregano and flour, add to chicken and mix until completely coated.

  2. Cook pasta according to directions on pack, meanwhile heat frying pan, spray with oil, add chicken, garlic and half chilli and cook until blackened, round 10 minutes. Add Lite Cooking Cream and bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Drain pasta, place pasta in serving dish add chicken mix and top with remaining chilli and parmesan.
