Method

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on pack, drain and set aside. Meanwhile heat a large frying pan, add oil, onions,bacon and mushrooms, cook for 4 minutes, add NESTLÉ CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream, bring to a gentle simmer.

  2. Add pasta spinach and parmesan, toss through sauce, serve immediately
