NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup (60g)
grated cheddar cheese extra

Method

  1. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

  2. place chesse, rice flour, almond meal and butter in a food processor bowl; process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, process until combined.

  3. form tablespoonfuls of mixture into 5 cm diameter biscuits, place on prepared oven tray, flatten slightly with fork, sprinkle with extra tasty cheese. bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
