NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk (60ml)
1 tbsp
Chopped tarragon
250 g
Chicken breast, cooked and chopped (1)
2 tsp
Olive oil

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and tarragon; stir in chicken.

  2. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat; pour in omelette mixture; cook until firm, then flip to cook the other side or cook under a preheated grill until golden and set.

  3. Fold over or cut into wedges to serve.
