1 3/4 cup (110g)
NESTLÉ milk melts
1 can (375ml)
NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk

1/4 cup (55g)
caster sugar

Method

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease a 6 cup (1.5l) capacity ovenproof dish.

  2. spread butter over bread slices; cut each into 4 triangles; arrange in prepared dish. arrange pear over top then sprinkle over sultanas and nestlÉ milk melts.

  3. whisk together CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, eggs and sugar; pour over bread and stand 5 minutes.

  4. bake 45 minutes, remove and cool slightly before serving.
