NESTLÉ CARNATION Creamy evaporated milk
1 tsp
vanilla essence
1/2 cup
sugar (110g)
eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup
sultanas (40g)
1/4 cup
flaked almonds (20g)
1 tbsp
sugar extra


  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease 4  x 3/4 cup (190ml) capacity ovenproof dishes.

  2. place NESTLÉ CARNATION soy creamy evaporated milk, vanilla essence and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir until hot but not boiling; whisk in eggs.

  3. sprinkle sultanas over base of prepared dishes. pour custard over sultanas. place dishes in a baking pan, pour enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of dishes; bake 25 minutes or until just set.

  4. sprinkle almonds and extra sugar evenly over top, place under hot grill until golden.
