Creamy Chicken Pasta Bake

penne pasta

maggi chicken stock powder
375 ml
NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk
2 cups
cooked chicken diced
1 stick
celery chopped
red capsicum diced
1 cup
grated tasty cheese


  1. preheat oven to 200°c. grease a 6 cup capacity ovenproof dish.

  2. cook pasta according to the directions on packet, drain, keep warm.

  3. melt butter in pan, add garlic and onion and cook 3-4 minutes. add flour, cook 1 minute.

  4. add water, maggi chicken stock powder and NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk. bring to boil stirring constantly, remove from heat.

  5. stir in pasta, chicken, celery and red capsicum then spoon into prepared dish. top with cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown
