Method

  1. preheat oven to 180ºc/160°c fan forced. divide pie apple between 6 x 1/2 cup (125ml) ovenproof dishes.

  2. combine NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, vanilla, sugar, custard powder and eggs in a saucepan, over low heat; whisk to combine. stir continuously until custard just thickens; pour over apple.

  3. combine uncle toby’s traditional oats, coconut, butter and golden syrup; mix well. divide amongst dishes.

  4. bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
