farfalle (bow tie) pasta

garlic, crushed

sliced mixed vegetables (250g)
1 tsp
wholegrain mustard
1 tsp
185 ml
can NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup
grated reduced fat cheddar cheese (30g)


  1. cook pasta according to directions on pack. drain and keep warm.

  2. heat a frying pan over medium heat; add oil, garlic and vegetables and cook 2 minutes.

  3. combine mustard, cornflour and NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk and add to pan. bring to the boil; simmer 1 minute. add cheese and pasta, stir until just heated through.
