Deb’s Creamy Tuscan Chicken

chicken stock (375ml)

NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk (190ml)
tuscan seasoning mix to taste


  1. heat oil in a large frying pan, cook chicken 2-3 minutes each side or until browned, add chicken stock and tuscan seasoning mix to taste, simmer, covered, cook until chicken is tender and cooked through. remove chicken from pan and set aside to keep warm.

  2. add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk to same pan; bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until mixture has thickened slightly. return chicken to pan to heat through. serve with mashed potato and steamed veggies, if desired.
