Method

lay fillets onto chopping board skin side up. sprinkle with pepper. divide asparagus evenly between fish. roll firmly, securing with toothpicks. set aside.

heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. add leek, garlic, chilli, ginger, leaves and mushrooms. cook 5 minutes or until fragrant and mushrooms are tender. add stock and fish sauce, bring to the boil; simmer 5 minutes.

add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk and fish rolls; simmer 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through. stir through green onions.
