2 cups (300g)
self raising flour
1/2 cup (110g)
caster sugar
1 cup (190g)
NESTLÉ milk choc bits
1/4 cup (60g)
cream cheese softened


  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan.

  2. place plaistowe premium dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. place over simmering water and stir until melted.

  3. stir in NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, vanilla and egg. fold in flour, sugar and nestlÉ milk choc bits.

  4. place 1 tablespoon of mixture into each muffin hole; place 1 teaspoon cream cheese on top. spoon over remaining muffin mixture.

  5. bake 15-20 minutes or until golden. serve warm or cooled.
