Herbed Scrambled Eggs With Smoked Salmon

NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp
flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp
fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tsp
4 pieces
wholegrain bread, toasted
200 g
smoked salmon


  1. whisk eggs and NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk together in a small bowl, stir in parsley and dill; set aside.

  2. heat a medium frying pan over medium- low heat. add margarine and swirl to coat pan base; add egg mixture; cook for 1 minute or until mixture starts to set. using a spatula, push the set egg towards centre of the pan, tilting pan to allow uncooked egg to run over base. cook for 1-2 minutes or until eggs form creamy curds.

  3. serve scrambled eggs over bread and the salmon on the side.
