spray oil for cooking
4 rashers
rindless lean bacon, chopped (250g)

onion, chopped (150g)

sliced mushrooms (140g)

NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk (250ml)
2 tbsp
grated parmesan cheese


  1. cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain and keep warm.

  2. heat a medium frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add bacon and onion, cook 3 minutes or until onion is tender; add mushrooms, cook a further 1 minute.

  3. blend cornflour with 2 tbsp of NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy; add to frying pan with remaining milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly, until thickened slightly, add pasta, stir until heated through; remove from heat and add parmesan cheese. serve immediately.
