NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
1 tsp
vanilla essence
1 tbsp
1/4 cup (60ml)
hot water
300 g
mixed berries


  1. combine biscuit crumbs and margarine in a medium bowl, mix well. press into the base of a 22cm springform pan, refrigerate until firm.

  2. beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk and vanilla, beat until smooth.

  3. dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool slightly; beat into cheesecake mixture. pour over crumb base, refrigerate until set. serve with berries.
