Mango Pudding

NESTLE CARNATION Light and Creamy Evaporated Milk (250mL)

sugar (110g)

Canned mango, drained and pureed

Method

  1. Boil water and pour into cup, add gelatine and stir until dissolved and free of lumps. Set aside

  2. Place the NESTLE CARNATION Light and Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar in a pot on low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved

  3. Add mango puree and gelatine and mix until smooth, bring to a gentle boil then pour into glasses or ramekins and place in the refrigerator to set (About 4 hours)
    Garnish with fresh mango or fresh fruits of your choice.
