Natalie’s Creamy Sweet Chilli and Garlic Prawns

green prawns, peeled with tails intact and deveined

onion, chopped coarsely (150g)

carrot, sliced into matchsticks (120g)

red capsicum, sliced thinly (100g)
1 cup
broccoli florets (80g)
1 cup
cauliflower florets (100g)
1 cup
green beans, sliced (100g)
bok choy, trimmed and chopped coarsely (500g)

can NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk


  1. heat oil in a large frying pan or wok; add prawns with garlic, chilli and honey, cook 2 minutes or until prawns turn pink. remove prawns from pan and set aside to keep warm.

  2. using same pan or wok, add onion and carrot, cook 2 minutes, add remaining vegetables and stir fry until just tender, return prawns and any juices to pan. add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, and stir until heated through. serve immediately with rice, if desired.
