caster sugar (220g)
1/3 cup
chopped pecan nuts (40g)
1/3 cup
sultanas (55g)

NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured evaporated milk (375ml)

Method

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 23cm x 12cm loaf pan with baking paper.

  2. combine flour, sugar, nuts and sultanas; stir in Light & Creamy Coconut flavoured evaporated milk, mix until well combined.

  3. spoon into prepared pan. bake 40 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
