Pina Colada Chia Puddings

chia seeds
375 mL
CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup
light coconut milk
2 tbsp
coconut sugar
2 (860g)
mangoes, peeled and diced
1 cup
diced pineapple
1/4 cup
roasted coconut chips

Method

  1. In a large bowl combine chia seeds, CARNATION Creamy Evaporated Milk, coconut milk and sugar; cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In 4 glasses layer chia pudding, mango, pineapple and coconut evenly. Serve.
