Pumpkin And Broccoli Risotto

can NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
2 cups
broccoli florets (160g)
grated parmesan cheese to serve

Method

  1. heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and onion, cook 1 minute; add rice and stir to combine. pour in stock and pumpkin. bring to the boil, reduce heat then simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. add NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk and broccoli and cook covered for a further 5 minutes.

  3. serve with parmesan cheese
