Quick Butter Chicken with Poppadoms

lite cream (190ml)

mini poppadoms

chopped coriander
cooked basmati rice, to serve

Method

  1. melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium high heat; add chicken, cook until browned.  add combined maggi favourites butter chicken recipe base and cream, stir until combined.

  2. meanwhile, place 3 poppadoms in the microwave at a time. cook on high (100%) for 30 seconds or until cooked. repeat with remaining poppadoms.

  3. sprinkle chicken with coriander and serve with poppadoms and rice.
