red curry paste

NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Coconut Flavoured Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 tbsp
MAGGI Thai Fish Sauce
2 tsp
lime or lemon juice
2 tbsp
MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce
hard boiled eggs for garnish
bean sprouts for garnish
coriander for garnish

Method

  1. place noodles in a heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water; stand until just tender; drain. transfer to a large serving bowl.

  2. heat a medium saucepan over medium heat; add oil and prawns, cook 3 minutes, add curry paste and onion, cook 2 minutes.

  3. add combined Light & Creamy Coconut Flavoured Evaporated Milk, Fish Sauce, lime juice and Sweet Chilli Sauce; bring to the boil, spoon laksa over prepared noodles. serve topped with hard boiled eggs, bean sprouts and coriander.
