Quinoa and Date Porridge

Place quinoa, dates, water, evaporated milk, sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil, reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until porridge is thick and creamy.
Divide between 2 bowls and serve with banana, yoghurt and berries and sprinkled with extra cinnamon if desired.
