marshmallows

vanilla essence
2 cups
nestlÉ dark melts
1/2 cup
macadamia nuts
1/2 cup
glacé cherries halved

Method

  1. line a 20cm square baking tin with foil.

  2. combine sugar, NESTLÉ CARNATION creamy evaporated milk and butter in a medium sized saucepan. bring to rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. boil, stirring constantly for 10 minutes. remove from heat.

  3. add vanilla essence and marshmallows, stirring until melted.

  4. add nestlÉ dark melts, nuts and cherries, stirring until the chocolate melts.

  5. pour into tin. refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. cut into pieces.
