Salmon, Dill And Semi-dried Tomato Pasta

can NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
grated zest of 1 lemon
410 g
pink salmon drained, flaked, skin & bones removed
2/3 cup
semi dried tomatoes chopped (40g)
1 tbsp
chopped fresh dill


  1. cook pasta according to packet directions; drain and keep warm.

  2. meanwhile, blend cornflour with 1/4 cup (60ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk; pour into a medium saucepan with remaining milk; bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

  3. reduce heat, add pasta, lemon zest, salmon, tomatoes and dill and cook until heated through. serve with lemon wedges if desired.
