frozen puff pastry thawed

boneless fish fillets cut into chunks

NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk (250ml)
2 tsp
maggi original seasoning
1 tsp
french mustard

cooked prawns peeled
2 cups
baby spinach leaves (40g)

Method

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. lightly grease an oven tray.

  2. cut pastry into 8 triangles. place on prepared tray and brush with egg. bake 10 minutes or until golden.

  3. meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; add onion, cook 2 minutes. add water and wine; bring to the boil. add fish and simmer 2 minutes.

  4. blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk; add to frying pan with remaining milk, maggi original seasoning and mustard; bring to the boil, stirring constantly. add prawns and spinach; simmer 1 minute.

  5. spoon seafood mixture onto serving plates and top with pastry triangles.
