Method

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease and line a pizza tray.

  2. melt margarine in a medium saucepan, add flour, cook for 2 minutes. slowly whisk in NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy evaporated milk, cook stirring constantly until mixture has thickened, set aside.

  3. heat oil in a large frying pan, add onions and garlic, cook 3 minutes or until softened. add marinara mix, cook for 2 minutes.

  4. spread white sauce over pizza base, top with marinara mixture, bake for 15 minutes or until pizza base is crisp and seafood is cooked through.

  5. serve topped with lemon zest, dill and rocket.
