can NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk

green onions (shallots) thinly sliced

smoked salmon shredded
1 cup
corn kernels (160g)
spray oil for cooking

Method

  1. whisk together NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and eggs; stir in shallots, salmon and corn.

  2. spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil and place over a medium heat. pour in frittata mixture and cook slowly for approx. 5 minutes, without stirring.

  3. remove from heat and place under a pre-heated grill and cook until golden on top and the frittata is completely firm.

  4. allow to stand for 1 minute before cutting into wedges. serve warm or cold with a salad.

  5. bake at 200°c/180°c fan forced for 25 minutes.
