Method

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease a 24cm deep flan dish.

  2. heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. cook leeks and capsicum 3 minutes.

  3. arrange potato, pumpkin, leek and capsicum in prepared dish.

  4. whisk together NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, maggi vegetable sensations tasty cheese vegetable bake recipe base, eggs and basil. pour over vegetables sprinkle with cheese.

  5. bake 55 minutes or until vegetables are tender and egg mixture has set. stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
