Sweet Chilli Beef With Hokkien Noodles

Hokkien noodles

Oil
400 g
Rump steak cut into thin strips
1 tbsp
Thai red curry paste
1 cup (250ml)
NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured cooking milk
2 tbsp
Maggi authentic thai fish sauce
2 tbsp
Maggi sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp
Sliced lemongrass
1 tbsp
Brown sugar
200 g
Beans sliced
1/2 medium (100g)
Red capsicum sliced

Method

  1. Cook noodles as directed on packet. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir fry beef until browned; add curry paste; cook 1 minute.

  3. Stir in NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured cooking milk, maggi authentic thai fish sauce, maggi sweet chilli sauce, lemongrass and sugar. Bring to the boil; add beans and capsicum; cook 1 minute. Toss through noodles and heat through, serve immediately.
