Tangy Passionfruit Mousse

gelatine
1/4 cup (60ml)
hot water
1 can (375ml)
NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk chilled
1/2 cup (110g)
caster sugar
2 1/2 tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 cup (140g)
reduced fat natural yoghurt
1/2 cup (125ml)
passionfruit pulp

Method

  1. dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool.

  2. beat NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk with sugar and lemon juice until light and fluffy. beat in gelatine, yogurt and passionfruit pulp.

  3. spoon mousse into individual serving dishes, refrigerate until set. if desired, decorate with fresh fruit.
