Method

Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain and reserve.

Heat oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and mushroom; cook for 4-5 minutes or until softened and slightly browned. Add Lite Cooking Cream; simmer for further 2-3 minutes. Stir through pasta, tuna, mustard, and parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is warmed through.

Remove from heat and transfer mixture into a 5 cup (1.25L) baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then place under a preheated grill and cook until golden brown. Serve.
