Veal With Creamy Peppercorn Sauce

Crumbed veal schnitzel
Clove garlic crushed
2 tsp
Green peppercorns
1 375ml can
Carnation light & creamy cooking milk
2 tsp
Maggi original seasoning
1 tbsp


  1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat; cook veal until golden on both sides. Drain and keep warm.

  2. Add garlic and peppercorns to frying pan and cook 30 seconds.

  3. Blend 1/4 cup (60ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk, maggi original seasoning and cornflour. Add to pan with remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute or until thickened; serve sauce poured over veal.
