frozen reduced-fat puff pastry thawed
1 cup (250ml)
carnation light & creamy cooking milk
1/2 cup (40g)
broccoli florets
1/2 small (75g)
red capsicum thinly sliced
1 medium (150g)
tomato diced
1 medium (150g)
onion diced
4 bunch (40g)
button mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup (30g)
grated low fat cheddar cheese


  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. lightly spray a 20cm pie dish with oil and line with pastry, trimming away any excess pastry.

  2. mix carnation NESTLÉ CARNATION light & creamy evaporated milk and eggs in a bowl. stir in broccoli, capsicum, tomato, onion and mushrooms. pour mixture into prepared pie dish. sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until set. serve hot or cold with a tossed salad.
